CHAPTER 5 CONTROLS AND OPERATION
5.1 Some Specified Concepts
There are some concept to be specified to understand this chapter well.
STANDBY MODE
The machine will enter STANDBY MODE after the power is connected. The power
indicator keeps blinking under this mode and the display screen doesn't show
anything.
ERROR MODE
The machine will stop all running and give alarm message if the controller detects
some error.
MEDIA TEMPERATURE (PASTEURIZING AREA)
There is liquid inside of tank, it helps to transmit the heat between mix and heater.
Media temperature is the temperature of this liquid.
