4.6 Equipment Debugging
4.6.1 Equipment Power On
1)Confirm again that the cables are connected in the correct order and the connection is firm before starting.
2)Then toggle the circuit breaker on the main battery pack BDU to ON and observe the status on the display
to ensure that the main battery cluster is normal. (The battery cluster connected to the inverter for CAN
communication is the main battery cluster).
3) Then toggle the circuit breakers on the slave cluster BDUs to ON in sequence and observe the status on the
display to ensure that the slave cluster status is normal. The master cluster BDU will automatically recognize
the number of battery clusters in parallel connection and assign addresses. The one connected to the inverter
is the main cluster and the remaining parallel clusters are slave clusters 1, 2 and 3.
4)After the display shows successful networking, press the power switch for each battery cluster in sequence.
NOTE:
When the system starts, ensure the boot sequence of each equipment, otherwise it may cause pre-charging
and the circuit breaker protection fault.
4.6.2 Application Connections
