10.2 Lubricate the drive spindles and guiding carriage
The drive spindles and guides must be lubricated at regular intervals. If there is a
lot of dust or noise then the lubrication interval is shortened.
NOTICE
Incorrect lubricant, lack of lubrication
Material damage, defect bearings, machine does not function as it
should.
− Use lubricant Interflon Grease HD2.
− Comply with the lubrication intervals. The lubrication interval
can be shortened if required.
− Pay attention to any changes in the machine noise. Clean and
lubricate as necessary.
X-axis: Lubricating the ball screw drive
The lubrication nipple of the X axis ball screw drive is located under the side
cover.
