HOW TO USE GUIDE

USING YOUR SANDWICH TOASTER:

1. When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the plates with a damp cloth and

dry. Then smear the plates with butter, cooking spray or any other cooking fat.

2. Plug in the appliance to the power outlet.
3. Close the sandwich toaster and prepare sandwich whilst the toaster is heating.
4. When the sandwich maker is ready after approx. 5 mins the ready-to-cook light

will come on.

5. Fully open the sandwich toaster, place a slice of bread in the bottom half with the

buttered side against the plate.

6. Fill the sandwich, pressing bottom half into the plates.
7. Place the top slice with buttered side up and carefully close the two parts of the

toaster together. Do not force shut. Steam will be ejected from between the plates
while doing this and care must be taken to ensure fingers do not come into
contact with steam or plates.

8. Lock the two halves with the clip whilst toasting is taking place.
9. Your sandwich will be toasted in approx. 2-3 minutes, or longer to suit your taste.

Remove sanwich using a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use a metal knife as
this may damage the non-stick coating.

10. Close the lid to preserve heat until you are ready to toast the next sandwiches.
11. Prepare further sandwiches if required while the one is cooking.
12. After use, remove the plug from the power outlet.

      (a). Always pre-heat before use.
(b). For soft fillings, use medium sliced bread.
(c). Use a teaspoon of sugar for a crispy finish - perfect on sweet toasties like fruit
