How to Make Coffee
1. Fill carafe with water to MAX fill line.
2. Add coarse coffee grounds, tea leaves,
or tea bags to infuser. Fill with
12 tablespoons (60 g) or adjust to
taste. Place lid on infuser, twisting
clockwise to close.
3. While twisting back and forth, slowly
add infuser to carafe. Shake well.
4. Place in refrigerator overnight or
up to 36 hours, depending on taste
preference. Twist lid open and closed
on occasion to stir.
5. Remove infuser and discard contents.
Add lid and refrigerate.
6. Twist lid 1 1/2 turns to pour.

Care and Cleaning
1. Infuser with removable bottom and lid are dishwasher-safe in top
rack only.
2. Wash glass carafe with hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
NOTE: Hand-washing is recommended.
