5. Prepare pasta dough. Plug
Stand Mixer into outlet.
6. Cut dough into sections that
fit Pasta Roller Accessory.
Adjust Pasta Roller to Setting
1 by pulling out Pasta Roller
Knob and turning clockwise
or counterclockwise to
Setting 1. To adjust to desired
thickness, pull out Pasta Roller
Knob and turn clockwise or
counterclockwise to Setting 2.
7. Turn Stand Mixer to Speed 2.
Feed dough into rollers to
knead. Fold dough and roll
again. Repeat rolling and
folding until dough is smooth
and pliable. Lightly dust with
flour to prevent sticking.
Change roller to Setting 3
and repeat the rolling
process. Without folding
dough, increase roller setting
until desired thickness is
reached.
8. After rolling is complete,
remove Pasta Roller Accessory
and replace with Fettuccine
or Spaghetti Cutter. Feed
sheets of pasta into Cutter to
cut them into fettuccine or
spaghetti.
