Blending Milkshakes, Frappés, and MooLattés
®
1. Add a large cardboard collar to the cup.
Do not install a domed
lid prior to blending.
2. Add milk and other ingredients to the cup. Fill the cup with soft
serve so the liquid level is 1/4"–1/2" below rim of cup.
3. Place the cup into the cup holder.
4. Rotate the cup holder clockwise until it grips the cup lightly
(less than a 1/4 turn).
5. When blending is finished, rotate the cup holder
counterclockwise about 1/4 turn to loosen the grip and remove
the cup.
6. Remove the collar and serve.
7. Machine automatically rinses between each cycle.
