Start-up
1.1
Disabling transport mode
The vacuum unit rests on 4 support legs (1). This
way, the unit can be stored away or transported.
Lift the vacuum unit with the auxiliary vehicle.
Pull out the 4 locking pins (2) (one by one) and
turn them a quarter turn. Now the support legs
can be raised (one by one) (3).
Turn the locking pins again a quarter turn (4),
and lock the support legs in this position.
Now tighten the wing nuts (5) (to avoid rattling
whilst the combustion engine is running). The
vacuum unit is now in operating position.

Attach to the machine
The auxiliary vehicle can lift the vacuum unit in
two ways.
1.
From the lifting eye on top of the vacuum
unit.
2.
Using the pallet frame (bottom of unit).
When using the pallet frame, the vacuum unit
must be locked. Use the lower lifting eye (3) to
do this. If the lower lifting eye is used for
suspending a suction cup, harp shackles (4) on
the fixed mounting frame of the unit are used to
secure onto the auxiliary vehicle.
