Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Hama BSH-220 Bluetooth Stereo Headset.
This Bluetooth stereo headset is a high quality wireless audio device that offers
excellent audio and voice functions. You can use the device as a wireless stereo
headset or as a hands-free receiver by connecting it to Bluetooth-compatible audio
devices such as mobile telephones or computers.
Safety Instructions
• Before using the stereo headset, familiarise yourself with local laws and
regulations regarding mobile telephones and hands-free devices.
• Prolonged periods listening to music at a high volume can cause hearing
impairment.
• When cleaning the device, do not use scouring sponges, scouring agents or
solvents as these can permanently tarnish the surface.
• Charge the battery for at least two hours before use.
• Do not use the device in the vicinity of hospitals, aeroplanes, or anywhere where
the use of electronic equipment is forbidden.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, high humidity, direct sunlight or
vibrations.

Wearing the Headset
Simply attach the device to your clothing.
Charging the Battery
• The battery icon displays the charge status of your battery.
• To charge the battery, plug the power supply unit into the socket, and the other
end of the cable into the USB port on the headset. Alternatively, connect the
headset to a USB port on a computer using a USB cable.
• The text on the display reads „Charging“ when the device
is charging
• When it is charged, the display reads „Charged“
Switching the Headset On and Off
• To switch on the headset, push the switch on the back of the device to „O“.
To switch it off, push the switch to „X“.
