Warning - Batteries
• Avoid storing, charging and using in
extreme temperatures and at extremely
low atmospheric pressures (such as at high
altitudes).
Note
Remove the rechargeable batteries from the
charger once charging is complete.
4. Charging rechargeable batteries of type
AA, AAA
Warning
• Only operate the product from an approved
socket that is connected to the public power
supply. The socket must be installed close to
the product and must be easily accessible.
• Disconnect the product from the power
supply using the On/Off switch – if this is
not available, unplug the power cord from
the socket.
• If using a multi-socket power strip, make
sure that the total power consumption of all
connected devices does not exceed the power
strip's maximum throughput rating.
• If you will not be using the product for a
prolonged period, disconnect it from mains
power.

• Insert 2 or 4 rechargeable batteries into the
charger, observing the correct polarity - see the
labels in the charging bay!
• For micro/AAA rechargeable batteries, use the
lower-lying charging bays.
• AA and AAA rechargeable batteries can be
charged simultaneously in the device.
• Plug the device into the socket.
• If the rechargeable battery is inserted correctly,
the LED above the charging bay lights up by way
of confirmation.
• Calculate the max. charging time according to the
table. Once the charging time has elapsed, the
rechargeable batteries must be removed in order
to avoid over-charging them.
• The charging times in the calculation example are
guideline values for empty rechargeable batteries!
Rechargeable batteries with residual charge
need to be charged for a shorter period of time
accordingly.
5. Care and maintenance
Note
Disconnect the device from the mains before
cleaning and during prolonged periods of
non-use.
• Only clean this product using a lint-free, slightly
damp cloth and do not use any harsh cleaners.
• Ensure that no water is able to enter the product.
