After approximately 2 minutes LED 3 will flash GREEN, indicating that the unit is network
operational but not yet registered for service. If you do not see this sequence of LED’s, please
see guidance in Testing, Troubleshooting and Support (at the end of this guide).
1. Account creation
To benefit from the Halo home monitoring service you will need to set up your Halo online
account and register your Starter Kit. Upon registration you will automatically get the basic
free level of monitoring service.
Open a browser window on your PC and go to the following URL:
www.my-‐home-‐halo.co.uk
Click on ‘Register a new account’ and follow the on-‐screen instructions.
Take note of your password during this process.
Once your account has been set up, go to the login page and login to your account.
2. Register your Starter Kit
From the home page go to My Equipment. Select Add New Equipment, confirm your address,
select the Halo Control Panel icon, then follow the on-‐screen instructions.
