8. OVERVIEW AND TECHNICAL DATA
OVERVIEW – general information
The Temptainer Basic from Hallins is available in several options. The size of the trolleys is
described using the number of guides, normally 12 guides, with guide gaps of 80 mm. The
trolleys are adapted to gastronorm standards and only gastronorm containers, trays, etc. may
be used.
There are three different models,
Single
and
Tower
,
each of which can have the following functions:
- neutral (
N
),
- active heating (
HS
),
- active cooling (
CC
),
- or a combination of these.
Cooling is based on compressor technology (
CC
).
The Neutral (
N
) trolley has no active heating or cooling function.
