MAINTENANCE
Examine the machine periodically in order to detect any damage or wear which may have been produced.
Pay special attention to those parts suffering wear.
Replace any defective parts immediately, and do not use the machine again until it is in perfect working order.
We recommend you lightly oil the moving parts from time to time in order to prevent premature wear.
Check regularly that the nuts and screws are fully tightened.
Remember that sweat is corrosive and should not come into contact with the machine.
The machine should be cleaned with a damp sponge.
The security level will be only kept if its checked with regularity.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The user is responsible for any risk of injury caused by the use of this machine. Risk can be minimised by observing the
following rules:
Install the machine on a clean, even surface, leaving at least 1 metre of space around it. Do not use it near water or
outdoors.
The machine must be kept out of the reach of children and pets. Never allow children to go near it unless supervised
by an adult.
The machine must not support loads over 264 lbs.
Always wear suitable sports shoes and clothes.
This machine is not suitable for therapeutic use.
This machine is designed for domestic use, and the manufacturer is therefore not responsible in case of any other type
of use (gyms, sports clubs,etc.).
In case of dizziness, nausea, chest pain or any other unusual symptoms, stop exercising immediately and consult your
doctor.
Never hold your breath whilst exercising.
Never begin an exercise programme without consulting your doctor, if you suffer or have suffered in the past from any
physical problem.
Do not exercise 30-60 minutes before or after meals.
Before beginning training, it is essential to take into account your age and physical condition. If your lifestyle is sedentary
and you do not take regular physical exercise, it is fundamental that you consult your doctor in order to determine the
correct degree of intensity for your training. Do not expect to reach the maximum level during the first few training
sessions. You should begin each training session with 3-5 minutes warm-up, especially if you are over 50. Begin with
progressive warm-up and then slow down towards the end. If you begin your training at a very fast pace you will run
the risk of becoming quickly tired out and the risk of injury will increase.
Disabled or handicapped people should not use this machine unless supervised by a health specialist or a qualified
doctor.
The person in charge of the children should be conscious of their responsibility due to the natural instinct of the children
and their tendencies to experiment, may provoke situations and behaviours to which the machine is not conceived.
If the use is allowed to children, it should be taken in count their mental and physical development, and specially their
temperament. They should be controlled and informed about the use of the apparel. The apparel will never be considerate
as a toy for children.
In the interests of constant improvement, the manufacturers reserve the right to make any alterations they see fit to either
the appliance itself or the instruction manual.
ATTENTION
Keep children out of the reach of any movable part of the machine. Carefully read all the instructions in order to avoid
any accident risk.
