MAINTENANCE
Routine inspection
Before operation, inspect and confirm that:
All the stoppers and screws of the jack have been secured up tightly.
There is no oil leaking from the jack.
There is no cracks, damages or deformation on the pump body, toe plate or base.
The pump should operate normally without load.
When the jack is lowering, operator should check whether the reducing/lowering movement is stable.
Slight vibration is normal.
Thorough inspection:
On a regular basis (at least once a year – more frequent if required by working
conditions) a thorough inspection of the product shall be carried out and documented by a qualified person.
Add oil
If the jack cannot be pumped up to its rated height, it is necessary to add hydraulic oil into the oil tank. The
hydraulic oil to be used must have a quality of ISO VG22 or equivalence. Mixing of different fluids is prohibited.
