Never use the jack if any defects, malfunction or modifications can be detected.
When lifting the load shall be centered to the jack’s centerline.
Make sure that ground is solid and stable. Lifting operation is allowed on plane surfaces only.
Make sure that the lifted load is stable during the whole lifting process to avoid over turnings and
accidents.
Never operate the jack if people are standing on the lifted load. No one should be under the lifted load.
When lifting with the toe the load shall be on the full toe area and as close to the cylinder as possible.
Never adjust the safety valve (18) under any circumstance, it has been set at factory to prevent
overloading. These components (10, 11, 18, 19, 20, 21) are part of the overloading protection.
Never use the edge of jack's head to lift a load (see figure 2).
Operators should be very careful if multiple jacks are used to lift a heavy-duty load. Pay attention to
the shifting of center of gravity during lowering or lifting the load. The total lifting capacity of all jacks
should be larger than the weight of the lifted load.
The owner of the jack must ensure that all the warning stickers and product labels retain their original
locations. They should be replaced if they become illegible.
This instruction manual cannot cover all possible situations, so pay caution when using the jack.
