4. 使用方法

●準備

右のイラストを目安にFR-820と基板を

セットします。

●電源を入れる

①  電源プラグをコンセントに差し込みます。
②  電源スイッチを入れます。ランプが点灯し

ます。

③  温度を調節します。

注意

吹き出し口周辺が塞がれていないことを確認してか

らスイッチを入れてください。

④  START/STOPボタンを押します。熱風

が出て,予備加熱を開始します。ランプは

点滅します。

●作業終了後

①  START/STOPボタンを押します。

  ヒーターが止まり、エアーによる自動冷

却が行われます。

②  エアーが止まり、本体が完全に冷却され

たことを確認後、電源スイッチを切りま

す。

●温度補正機能

温度補正を行なう際、エアー温度を測定

する必要があります。

測定はセンサー真上、吹き出し口から

1mmの所で行なってください。

8. HEATER/SENSOR INSPECTION

 

Measure the resistance 

of the heater.

 

Measure the resistance 

of the sensor.

9. MAINTENANCE

If flux adheres to the hot air outlet or its vicinity, wipe it off.

CAUTION

Measure the resistances of the heater and the sensor 

when their temperatures are at room temperature. 

Measure the heater resistance after removing the con-

nector from the heater.

Heater resistance:

25 to 30

Ω 

(100 - 120V)

Heater resistance:

100 to 110

Ω 

(220 - 240V)

If the resistance value is different from the above figure, 

replace the heater.

Measure the sensor resistance after removing the con-

nector from the sensor.

Sensor resistance: 0

Ω
