To stop the clippers, press the On/Off button again (Fig. 1-D). The LCD screen
goes off.
Use with or without electrical lead
With a new, fully charged battery, the clippers can be used without the
electrical lead for about 300 minutes at low speed. The LCD shows the
remaining autonomy (Fig. 1-P).
Before the end of the autonomy period, the charge light flashes (Fig. 3a).
Charge the battery, refer to § 3.1.
The clippers can be used with the electrical lead. For this, connect the cable to
the clippers (Fig. 3b) and connect the power pack (Fig. 1-N) to a mains power
socket.
Adjusting speed
Press the +/- buttons (Fig. 1-C) to increase or decrease the speed of the motor:
5000 to 7500 rpm (Fig. 1-O).
The bargraph (Fig. 1-R) displays from 1 to 3 bars according to the speed.
The autonomy time display (Fig. 1-P) automatically adapts to the cutting speed.

Adjusting the cutting height
Press the centre button (Fig. 4a) and push the sliding knob. Select a cutting
height: 1.0 – 1.3 – 1.6 – 1.9 mm.
Release the centre button.

Using the comb attachments
The clippers must be switched off. Select a comb attachment: 3, 6, 9 or 12 mm
(Fig. 1 refs. H-K).
Insert the blades into the slots of the comb attachment (Fig. 4b) up to
abutment. When the comb attachment is correctly fixed, it is immobilized.
To remove the comb attachment, turn the clippers over. Press where marked
“PUSH” and disengage the comb attachment (Fig. 4c).

Lubricating the blades
When the
symbol comes on (Fig. 5a), it is recommended to lubricate the
blades.
Stop the clippers and place the sliding knob in 1.0 mm position (Fig. 4a).
Removing blades: hold the two sides and press on either side at the locations
shown by the arrows (Fig. 5b).
