If the noise of the motor is too much

If the motor fastened tightly

If the noise of the retarder is too much

If the belt is too tight or loose

If the radiating pulley is loose

Replace the retarder

Fasten the motor

Replace the motor

Adjust the belt

Fasten the radiating pulley

Add pulsator gasket

The pulsator is rubbing the bottom of the inner tub

Start the no-water test 
program;do no-water washing

 

Check if 

the purple,blue 

and yellow legwire of HM 

wire are inlayed to the corresponding 

1,2,3 terminals of the drain 

motor

 

Measure 

the voltage between the 1,2 

terminals of the drain 

motor

 

Measure 

the voltage between 

the purple and blue terminals of 

the computer 

sequen

 

Check if 

the two paws are 

inserted into the two 

ratchet 

Check if the drain motor works

Check if the paw spring 

is unlocked

 

Check if 

the retracting spring of the 

retarder is loose

 

Check if 

the gap between 

the adjusting screw of the 

retarder brake lever and the baffle plate 

of the paw connecting arm is 

too small
