Changing the Reversible Door
The refrigerator has been built with the door hinges on the right. If you wish to
change the opening direction, follow the instructions below:
NOTE:
Unplug the fridge from its electrical outlet. Empty everything in the fridge,
including shelves, food, etc. All parts removed must be saved to reinstall
the door.
1. First remove the upper and lower
hinge covers on the left and right
side by hand or with a flat head
screwdriver. Then remove the six
bolts (using a Phillips head screwdriver)
that are on the top and bottom of the
cabinet. Remove the upper and lower
hinges and lift the door and
place it on a padded surface to
prevent it from scratching.
2. Transfer the hinges and bolts to the
left, place the upper hinge pin into
the upper hole of the door, then tighten
the three screws on the top and the
other three on the bottom. Put the
dummy plastic hinge cover on the
hinges holes on the right by hand.
