2 . Test hi g h volt ag e only by m e a surin g it w ith a n a ppropri a te hi g h volt ag e m eter or other volt ag e
m e a surin g device (D V M, FET V OM, etc) equipped w ith a suit a ble hi g h volt ag e probe.
Do not test hi g h volt ag e by "dr aw in g a n a rc".

stren g th).

10. Insul a tion resist a nce bet w een the cord plu g ter m in a ls a nd the etern a l exposure m et a l should
be m ore th a n Moh m by usin g the 500 V insul a tion resist a nce m eter.
11. I f the insul a tion resist a nce is less th a n M oh m , the inspection rep a ir should be required.
I f you h a ve not the 500 V insul a tion resist a nce m eter, use a Tester. Extern a l exposure m et a l:
