Examine whether the input power is in accordance with requirements

Whether the plug and the socket are in poor connection

Whether the input wire or the controlling wire has fault

Whether the voltage is too low

Whether storing too many or too hot articles

Is there certain space between stored articles

Is there direct sunlight or other heat radiation

Whether the door is open frequently

Whether the ambient temperature is too high

Whether the air duct is blocked

Whether the refrigerator is placed steadily

Whether certain part of the body contacts external objects or the wall
Noise indicated in the technical data is the mean data tested in the standard

laboratory without noise, in which the refrigerator without storage of articles is laid on

the rubber pad and is steadily operated after closing the door to measure out the

data at 1 meter from the surface, the data do not include the value of startup and

shutdown of the refrigerator. During the process of usage, it is normal that the actual

noise is different from the indicated one due to the influences of loaded articles,

ambient noise, not closing door, startup and shutdown of compressor, etc.
Whether articles have been put into the refrigerator just now and the temperature is

not stable at 2 ~ 6°C. It will automatically eliminated after a while of refrigeration.

Whether the door is not closed well and it is a door opening alarm

Whether there is an insufficient power supply and it will recover a while after startup.

Whether the temperature exceeds the standard

Have questions in the process of usage? Doubt that the refrigerator has fault?
Read here firstly. This chapter explains to you various faults and phenomena
that are potential to happen and their solutions.
Call the Haier after-sale service if the question hasn’t been resolved after
operation.
Do not disassemble and repair the refrigerator by yourself.
