Store items only inside the trim of the glass shelves; don’t place
items against sides of the compartments or directly in front of any
vents.
Refrigerator or

Adjust temperature in the compartment to the next warmer setting;

This is normal. Dry surface and adjust temperature to slightly colder

ICE AND WATER

SOLUTION
The ice maker is
not producing ice,
enough ice, or
hollow cubes
Ice maker is not turned on
Make sure the ice maker switch is in the ON position.
New installation
Wait 24 hours after installation for ice production to begin.
Kink in the water line
Straighten the water supply line.
Water filter clogged or installed incorrectly
Remove the water filter and operate the ice maker. If ice volume
improves, the filter may be clogged or incorrectly installed. Replace
water filter, or install it correctly.
Inadequate water pressure
Contact a licensed, qualified plumber.
Dispenser is not
operating properly
Not connected to water supply or water
shutoff valve not opened
Connect refrigerator to a water supply and turn the water shutoff
valve fully open.
Recently removed the door
Make sure the dispenser water tubing and wire harness have been
properly reconnected.
Inadequate water pressure
The water pressure to the home determines the flow from the
dispenser. The water pressure must be at least 35 psi (241 kPa).
Refrigerator door is not closed completely
Check for obstructions, and close the door firmly.
Water is leaking
from the dispenser
Glass is not held under the dispenser long
enough
Hold the glass under the dispenser 2 to 3 seconds after releasing
the dispenser lever. It is normal for the dispenser to continue to
dispense a couple drops of water after the lever is released.
New installation or recently replaced water
filter
Flush the water system by dispensing water for 5 minutes.
Water from the
dispenser is warm
Water has not recently been dispensed
The first glass of water may not be cool . Discard the first glass of
water.
Recently dispensed a large amount of water
Allow 24 hours for water to cool completely.
Refrigerator is not connected to a cold water
pipe
Make sure the refrigerator is connected to a cold water pipe.
