Defrosting
Pull out the mains power plug before defrosting.
Remove the frozen food and store in a cool place.
Remove the drawers and glass shelves.
Wipe with a dry cloth when the defrosting water flows into the groove at the
bottom of the inner liner.
To speed up the defrosting process put a hot water on the compartment
floor. Leave the door open while defrosting.
Do not use any mechanical equipment or other artificial aids for
defrosting other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
Cleaning
Before cleaning always switch off the appliance. Pull out the mains
power plug or unscrew or switch of the fuse.
Do not use steam cleaners because of the risk of injury and damage.
Clean the inside, outer walls and equipment with lukewarm water and a
little detergent. Do not use concentrated cleaning agents and never use
cleaning agents containing sand, chloride or acid or chemical solvents, as
these would damage the surfaces and detergent powder, gasoline,
amyl acetate, acetone and similar organic solutions.
Use a soft cloth. Do not use hard brush, wire brush or other hard objects.
Do not spray or flush the freezer with water to avoid impact on its electrical
insulation property.
Do not clean with hard brush, wire brush, detergent powder, gasoline,
amyl acetate, acetone and similar organic solutions, warm water or acid or
alkaline solutions.
Clean the refrigerator with a soft cloth or sponge with warm water (can be
added with mild detergent).
Dry water droplets on the refrigerator surface with a dry cloth.
Always keep the door gasket clean.
The freezer is very heavy. When you are moving it for cleaning or repair, take
care not to damage the floor. Keep the freezer upright during moving. Do not
move the freezer by rocking it to avoid damage to the floor.
