Cleaning Method:

Liquid detergent and water, or all-purpose cleanser
•
Wipe with damp soft cloth or nonabrasive sponge, then rinse with clean water
and wipe dry.
GREASE FILTER
The metal grease filter captures grease particles suspended in the air. It is
recommended that the grease filter be cleaned at least every 2 months or more
frequently depending on use.
NOTE: The aluminum panels may change color after several washings. This is
normal and does not affect performance.
1. Disconnect power.
2. Slide the filter release toward the left, and then pull downward to remove the
grease filter.

3. Wash the metal filter, as needed, either in the dishwasher or with a solution of
hot water and dish detergent.
4. Rinse well and allow time for the filter to dry thoroughly.
5. Replace the metal grease filter.
6. Reconnect power.
