Troubleshooting:
NTC exist open circuit .Replace it

Cut off power, check the resistance of
two pins of heater element by multimeter,
is it between 32-35

Check if NTC is connected properly
Cut off power and measure the resistance
of temperature sensor by multimeter, is
it between 5-14k

Check the black wires of NTC,
are they connected well?

Disconnect from PCB,
and measure if the resistance between
of PCB is it infinite?

Replace PCB
Connect all wires well

Replace wire
