4.3. Operation:
• Actuate the main switch on the back of the unit – the display flashes
• Set the time on the clock “MIN.” (through 99 minutes)
• Actuate the START button – the device keeps running for the adjusted time, from 1 minute, the
remaining time is indicated in seconds
• Intermediate stop – press STOP button, continue with START button
• End of operation time is indicated acoustically – has to be confirmed by actuating the START/STOP
button
4.4. Cleaning of dentures, metal framework, etc.:
• Fill approx. 50 % of the enclosed steel pins into a cup.
• Put the object into a cleaning box (for dentures upper and lower jaw only) and fill it with water so that the
object is evenly covered.
Before cleaning miscellaneous works such as telescopes etc. these should be padded with
cotton wool or similar material so that the friction is not affected.
• Add one or two caps of Speedo-Clean Liquid to the water, quantity as necessary.
• Put the closed container onto the unit and set the timer (approx. 30 – 45 min.).
• Rinse off the cleaned object with water afterwards
4.5 Cleaning of the container:
• The attached magnet is for fixing the cleaning needles when discharging the container. Hold magnet
underneath the container and pour out liquid.
5. Maintenance and care
• The unit does not require any maintenance.
• Just wipe off the unit with a moist cloth.
• Please check the plastic cup regarding density regularly.
• Liquid must not run over/into the device.
• In case acidic cleaning solutions are used, the needles have to be thoroughly cleaned under water.
• Needles and cup can be sterilized in an autoclave at 134°C. For this purpose, put needles on a tray with
paper lining.
• The needles have to be replaced when the length is only still approx. 4 mm.
6. Guarantee
The producer ensures that the product is free of defects and that it shows all guaranteed features and/or all
characteristics agreed upon. The warranty starts with the day of delivery of the product and is valid for
twelve months. Excluded from the warranty are faults, careless use of the product, connection to unsuitable
power supply, operation with the wrong voltage, acts of God, such as fire, lightning, humidity, etc. In case of
justified complaints the producer has the right to repair, to deliver spare parts or to decrease the sales price.
Cancellation of the sales contract can only be claimed by the customer after two repairs were carried out
without success.
