Decision of the commission of the 12th of April 1999 about a common technical specification
for the connection of terminating equipment which supports speech telephony service in jus-
tified cases and whose network addressing may take place by characters in dual tone multi-
frequency dialing (DTMF) to analog public telephone networks.

APPENDIX II
"This device has been licensed for connection as a single terminating equipment to the
public telephone network throughout Europe according to the decision 1999/303/EC of the
Commission. On account of the differences existing between the public telephone networks
of different member states, this license provides no absolute guarantee for successful opera-
tion of the device at any network terminating point.
