Trước khi sử dụng thiết bị lần đầu

Nguyên tắc làm việc của vùng nấu từ

Bộ dao động điện cấp điện cho một cuộn cảm đặt bên trong 
thiết bị. Cuộn cảm tạo ra một từ trường, gây ra các dòng điện 
xoáy trong nồi, khi nồi được đặt trên bếp từ.

Các dòng điện làm cho nồi truyền nhiệt, đồng thời bề mặt thủy 
tinh của bếp vẫn nguội.

Điều này đòi hỏi phải sử dụng các nồi và chảo có đế bằng sắt từ, hay nói cách khác nhạy 
với các từ trường.
Nói chung, công nghệ từ có hai ưu điểm sau đây:

Thiết bị bảo vệ:

Nếu bếp từ đã được lắp đặt đúng cách và được sử dụng đúng cách, rất hiếm khi cần đến 
thiết bị bảo vệ.

Quạt: 

bảo vệ và làm mát bộ điều khiển và các linh kiện điện. Quạt có thể làm việc ở hai tốc 

độ khác nhau và được kích hoạt tự động. Quạt chạy cho đến khi hệ thống điện tử đủ nguội 
bất kể thiết bị hoặc các vùng nấu đã được bật hoặc tắt.

Bộ cảm ứng nhiệt độ:

 Nhiệt độ của các mạch điện tử được liên tục theo dõi bằng một bộ 

cảm ứng nhiệt độ. Nếu nhiệt độ tăng vượt mức an toàn, hệ thống bảo vệ sẽ giảm thiết lập 
nhiệt vùng nấu hoặc tắt các vùng nấu liền kề mạch điện tử quá nhiệt.

Nhận biết nồi từ: 

cho phép bếp nhận biết được nồi từ trên một vùng nấu. Các vật dụng 

nhỏ đặt trên vùng nấu (ví dụ: thìa, dao, vòng, etc.) sẽ không được nhận biết là nồi từ và 
bếp sẽ không làm việc.

 

Trước hết vệ sinh kỹ bếp từ của bạn. Cần sử dụng bếp từ thận trọng như một bề mặt 
thủy tinh.

 

●Bật quạt thông gió trong phòng hoặc mở cửa sổ, vì thiết bị có thể phát ra mùi khó chịu 
trong khi nấu.

 

●Sử dụng thiết bị cùng với sự tuân thủ mọi hướng dẫn an toàn.

 

●Nhiệt chỉ được giải phóng bằng nồi và lợi ích được tối đa hóa,

 

●Không có quán tính nhiệt, vì đun nấu bắt đầu ngay khi nồi được đặt trên bếp và kết 
thúc sau khi nhấc nồi ra.
