Did you know? You can also use a plywood option.
lt is possible to use the mechanism without anything between the mattress and
the mechanism depending on the mattress that will be used. Please validate
any questions you may have regarding your mattress to the mattress manufacturer.
Use 10mm (3⁄8’’) or 12.5mm (1⁄2’’) plywood. Cut the sheet 6mm (1⁄4’’) smaller
than the inside of the frame. For the mechanism to function in an optimal
manner, the panel should have a weight of approximately 30-35lbs.
Secure in place using the holes on the lower tube of the outside frame.
Use screws in accordance to the thichness you are using to avoid damage
to the doors.
