Instructions for use
Triple safety features
Your pressure cooker has been designed with three different security devices.
Please become familiar with these important safety features and the way they
function prior to use.
1.
Rotating valve (8)
This keeps the pressure constant inside the pressure cooker, allowing excess
steam to escape.
2.
Safety Valve (7)
This lift when the pressure becomes too high, if this valve operates then it
means that the rotating valve (11) must be blocked, take it off the hob and
clean it (Fig.1).
3.
Bridge (5)
If two previous safety elements fail, the pressure generated inside the pressure
cooker will flex the bridge, allowing steam to escape and bringing the pressure
down to a safe level. If this ever happens, take the pressure cooker to a
Technical Service Centre. It will be necessary to inspect the two first safety
systems.
Additional Features
1.
The triple base of the pressure cooker has been specially designed for extra
strength and even heat distribution.
2.
The base thickness of this pressure cooker is greater that in common units,
providing extra heat absorption.
3.
No steam release is required. As a result, less water is used during cooking. The
pressure cooker does not make noise or release food aromas. With the right
amount of heat, the pressure cooker will work on its own.
