13.7 Overload
protection
The value adjusted in the factory may change after the clutch has slipped several times or due to
environmental influences. This makes a re-adjustment necessary.
Work must only be done by "authorized personnel".
Procedure:
Remove the cover or cover flap "C" of the hand
chain wheel.
To secure, screw the nuts of the cover onto
the basic hoist unit.
Adjust the slipping clutch by turning the
grooved nut "A" with the necessary tool.
1 Increase the slipping moment by turning
clockwise (to the right).
2 Reduce the slipping moment by turning anti-
clockwise (to the left).

The cover (C) is installed again with screws and
nuts after adjustment.

WARNING!
After adjustment of the value mentioned in the table, it must not be possible to lift the load - the
slipping-clutch must operate.
The hoist may only be loaded again after nut "B" has been tightened and secured by a split-pin.
