3. Use
To unfold the platform, first climb one rung higher on the lad-
der than the rung that the platform is attached to. Then with
a sideways movement of the tip of your foot, fold the plat-
form forwards so that it rests on the ladder rung.
The platform is now in working position. After use, lift the
platform with the tip of your foot and fold it backwards.

5. Regular inspections
According to the German Ordinance on Industrial
Health and Safety (BetrSichV), the operating compa-
ny must specify inspection intervals on the basis of a
risk assessment. The inspection must be performed
by a qualified person.
