Note:

Currently, only the S3100-TP-PWR-EI series Ethernet Switches
are equipped with an AC power cord retainer to prevent the power
cord from accidentally falling off.

z

The location of the power cord retainer holder varies with
S3100-TP-PWR-EI series Ethernet Switches.

4) Check whether the PWR LED on the front panel of the

switch is ON. If the LED is ON, it shows the power cord is
properly connected.

Caution:

Before powering on the switch, you should properly connect the
grounding cable.
