mitter or receiver does not endanger persons, animals

only be carried out if there is a direct visual contact with 
the system and that the area is free of persons, animals 
and objects. Hand transmitters are to be kept in such 
a way that unintentional activation, e.g. by children or 
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abi-
lities or lack of experience and knowledge or animals 
is not possible.
