Measuring the heart rate
Hold the heart rate measurement handles (7) firmly and the unit
measures the user's pulse. While the unit is taking a heart rate
reading, the heart light flashes on the display.

Starting/Stopping the unit - Starting a workout.
To start the unit and start your workout press the START button (10) on the
control panel. To stop the unit, press the STOP button (11). Alternatively, the
operation of the unit is interrupted if the connection between the security key
and the computer console is broken.
CAUTION! Before stepping onto the moving treadmill, first stand on its
stationary slats at the back. Then start the treadmill and adjust the SPEED +/-
buttons as low and safe a speed as possible to enter it. Never start the treadmill
while standing on it!

Quick workout
To quickly start a workout, press the appropriate speed (7) and/or incline (5)
quick selection button on the control panel, followed by the START button (10).
There are 5 quick selection buttons for speed and incline: 4/8/12/16 km/h for
the speed option, and 3/6/9/12 % for the incline option. To end the workout,
press the STOP button (11).

Exercise preset mode
The unit has 12 specially programmed simulated exercise modes. In program
mode, select one of the 12 specially selected modes (P1-P12) with the PROG
button (8) - the graph shows the exercise scale:
