A tendon rupture is a condition where the tendon of the origin is torn. A tendon 

rupture is associated with the following signs or symptoms; a snap or prop you 

hear or feel, severe pain, rapid or immediate bruising, marked weakness, inability 

to use or move the affected part or involved area.
