Program the measurement enable status register.
Description
<NRf>
8: ROF (reading overflow enable bit).
16: PTT (pulse trigger timeout enable
bit).
32: RAV (Reading available enable bit).
512: Buffer full enable bit.
<value> a value between 512~1023
would be a certainly valid number,
however a value between 1024~65535
would only be valid if the buffer full bit
(bit 9) is also with the valid value.
