3) Mechanical Key Override
Open the emergency key cover on outside door and insert the key with key notch upwards, the door
will open with 90 degrees clockwise rotation.
4) CEU Override
Note:
1) Press “*” to delete incorrect input.
2) Buzzer will beep when wrong code is entered and screen will display “ERROR”. Safe will be locked
for 5min with continuously 3 incorrect inputs and screen shows “HOLD05”.
Reset Password
1) Reset Guest Code
While door is open, close the door and input a new 3~6 digits guest code and press “#” to confirm.
Door will be locked and new code is set successfully.
2) Reset Master Code
a) While door is locked, enter “*” for twice, screen shows “SUPER”
b) Enter the previous master code, screen shows “CC--”
c) Enter “01” press “#”, screen shows “NEU”
d) Enter new 6-digits master code and press “#”to confirm, screen shows “REPEAT”.Enter the master
code which just entered again, press “ # ” to confirm, screen shows “GOOD”,the master code is
sucessfully changed
Other functions
1) While door is locked and safe in sleep mode, press “#” to display battery status: “bRtt-H” represents
high power, “bRtt-L” represents low power.
2) When safe is working with “bRtt-L” on screen, user must replace new battery.
3) Time setting should be done with the help of logger.
4) Before use the logger,please synchronize the logger with the safebox. (Please kindly find the
operation instructions of logger.)
Normal Troubleshooting
Q1: Master Code is lost.
Use mechanical key or CEU to open the safe, when the door is open, please, unsnatch the back cover
of door and press the reset button on the PCB board for at least 6 sec, when screen shows ”reset”, the
Master code will change back to default codes.
Q2: No display on screen
No sufficient power. Please replace with new batteries.
Q3: Fail to reset password
1) The lock-bolt does not touch the limit switch.
Disassemble the inside door cover; adjust the position of limit switch to ensure a full reach of the lock-
bolt.
2) The limit switch is broken or the connecting wire is disconnected.
Disassemble the inside door cover; replace with a new limit switch or reconnect the wire.
Q4: The lock-bolt is rebounded when the safe is locking
1) The door is not fully closed.
Close the door again.
2) The lock-bolt does not touch the limit switch.
Disassemble the inside door cover; adjust the position of limit switch to ensure a full reach of the lock-
bolt.
