 Up to three power supply modules (5) provide power to the matrix switch. If you use
at least two power supply modules, you can replace one of them during operation.

Installing or replacing IO cards
IO cards can be installed (hot plug) or replaced (hot swap) during operation.
NOTE: By distributing the load, power is supplied to all active power supply
modules.
The IO Card CCD-IO16-Card-Fiber uses components with laser technology which
comply with laser class 1.
They meet the requirements in accordance to EN 60825-1:2014 as well as
U.S. CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 .
Mind the following instructions when dealing with laser beams:
 Avoid direct eye exposure to beam on page 4
 Always connect optical connections or cover them with protection caps on page 4
 Only use G&D certified transmission modules on page 4
