The top central heating element and fan com on. This combination of features increases the effectiveness of 

the unidirectional thermal radiation of the heating elements through forced circulation of the air throughout the 

oven. This helps prevent food from burning on the surface, allowing the heat to penetrate right into the food. 

Excellent results are achieved with kebabs made with meats and vegetables, sausages, ribs, lamp chops, 

chicken in a spicy sauce, quail, pork chops, 

etc.

This method of cooking uses the lower and circular element while the heat is distributed by the fan reproducing 

the same conditions of traditional clay wood-fire stoves.

LOWER ELEMENT MODE

The bottom heater  works. The default value of temperature is  180°C and it can be 

regulated from 50°C to 180°C, which is the best optimal work temperature.     

 

Cooling ventilation   

In order to cool down the exterior of the appliance, some models are equipped with a cooling fan which comes 

on automatically when the oven is hot. 

 

When the fan is on, a normal flow of air can be heard existing between the oven door and the control panel. 

How to operate your oven                                                                       

                                                                 

 

Set the clock 

When the oven is on at the first time, the clock 88:88 will keep flashing, press the key        or

    

to set local 

time. Press key      to confirm. If you want to set the clock, keep pressing the key        for 3 seconds until the 

icon 88:88 flicker, set the clock by the keys    and   

 

Activate the Oven and switch off 

Each time you want to cooking the dishes, you need to activate the oven first. Press the key        for 3 seconds 

to activate it. Press and hold the key for 3 seconds again to switch off the oven. 

 

Set the cooking mode, Cooking time and cooking temperature 

1. 

Press the key          , the digital display will show different cooking function, select the one you want. Press 

Ok key to confirm or it should be automatically confirmed if no any action in 5 seconds.

After the cooking function is selected, the display will show the default cooking time and cooking 

temperature according different function. Set the cooking time by pressing the keys        and      .

Press the key   , the temperature reading in the display flicks, set the temperature by press the keys       

and    . 

 

Child lock 

 

Press and hold the key          for 3 seconds to lock all the keys. Press and hold 3 seconds again to unlock.   

 

Set the end of cooking time 

After the cooking time is already set, press key          to switch the icon        , set the end of cooking time by
