Step-by step instructions
1.
Set up the stops according to the cut required.
2.
Switch on the unit.
3.
Move the piece to be worked slowly and evenly in the disc, using an auxiliary guiding rod, so that a full cut is possible. .
4.
Switch the saw off and wait for the disc to come to standstill.
5.
Now, take the piece out.

Inspections and Maintenance
Unplug the unit before any works on it.
•
Use a damp cloth to clean plastic parts. Do not use detergents, solvents and pointed things either.
•
Clean any dirt from the bench surface with a suitable curing compound spray.
•
If the engine braking time is more than 10 s, the fast wearable parts of the engine brake may be replaced by the manufacturer or
an appropriate workshop only.
•
Remove the dust stuck in the vent and on movable parts with a soft brush after every use.
•
Oil all the movable metal parts regularly.
Saw Disc Replacement
Caution!
Switch the unit off and unplug before any maintenance, adjustment or replacement of the saw disc.
•
Remove the saw disc protection cover (Fig. 1/pos. 11).
•
Loosen two screws with cross-grooves ob the protection cover side (Fig. 10).
•
Now, the saw disc is uncovered (Fig. 11).
•
To hold the spindle, use the flange wrench.
•
To loosen the circular-saw blade screw, use the spanner.
•
Turn anticlockwise (clockwise thread) (Fig. 12)
•
Remove the disc from the hub and take it upwards.
•
Before you put s new or sharpened disc, clean the hub carefully.
•
Putting in and fixing a new saw disc proceeds in a reversed order. .
•
Caution!
Be particular about the correct direction of rotation. Cutting edge if teeth should direct in the rotation direction, i.e. forward.
Mind the arrows on the saw disc and the protection cover.
•
Before using the saw again, check the correct function of all safety and protection devices.
•
Important! If you re-fit the disc, turn it with hand and check if it goes freely.
•
Then plug the unit again and before using it, let it run idle.
