Important Notes
Protect the connection cable of the module against mechanical stress.
Avoid squeezing the cable (e.g. by a closed window).
Turn off the computer to connect the serial cable
. Otherwise cur-
rent/voltage peaks might occur and cause damage to the hardware.
The module is splash water protected and suitable for outdoor usage.
It is not water proof for underwater operation. Do not open the
module for any reason since the sealing will be damaged. The
module will no longer be suitable for outdoor usage.
The plastic case was designed for normal conditions of air pressure,
humidity etc. The module may not be exposed to any acid chemicals
or other unusual environmental conditions.
Make sure that the module is protected against hail and lightning
when it is used outdoors.
Please notice that we do not admit warranty for any damage due to
improper use of the module.
