First aid kit must always be available in the place of your
work in case of accident in accordance with DIN 13164.
Material taken out of the first aid kit needs to be
supplemented right away.

Assigned Use
For Sans rays of small to medium metal parts. It is very
important to the compressor, shall be blasted with, according
to size large. The sandblasting gun consumes approximately
200-600 l / min., Ie it takes at least a compressor with to
achieve 50 l and 300 l suction tank for optimum results.
The device cannot be used for works other than for which the
device has been designed and that are specified in the
Operating Instructions. Any other use is a use in conflict with
the designation. The manufacturer will not be held liable for
any consequential damage and injuries. Please be sure to
know that the device has not been designed for industrial
purposes.
Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
device or its package. The description of the meanings can be
found in the “Marking“ section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the device against damage during
transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending
on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and
can therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material
circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal
costs. Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be
dangerous to children.
Risk of suffocation!
Keep parts of
the package away from children and dispose them as soon as
possible.
Requirements for operating staff
The operating staff must carefully read the Operating
Instructions before using the appliance.
Qualification
Apart from the detailed instructions by a professional, no
special qualification is necessary for appliance using.
Minimum age
Persons over 16 years of age can only work on the appliance.
An exception includes youngsters trained in order to reach
knowledge under supervision of the trainer during
occupational education.
Training
Using the appliance only requires corresponding training by a
professional or the Operating Instructions. No special training
is necessary.

Safety instructions for commissioning
Always work with the cover closed.
Use the fitted gloves at any time.
Assembly and putting the device into operation
Take the device out of the package and check if the supply is
complete. Before putting the device into operation, some parts
of the sand cabinet must be assembled together and
compressed air supply provided. In doing so, please proceed
as follows:
Lay the cabinet on its back and attach the four legs
using the M6*12mm Screws, flat washers and nuts
provided, ensuring the flat washers are against the
screw heads. (pic. 1)
Attach the Sand Suction Tube to the funnel as
shown, using the M6*12mm Screws provided. (pic.
2)
Assemble the Funnel as shown by using M6*25mm
Screw, Flat Washers and Nut. (take caution of the
correct direction of the funnel) (pic. 3)
Attach the Tray (31) onto the Funnel and in stilled
with four Legs by using M6*12mm Screw, Flat
Washer and Nut. (pic. 4)
Putting the device into operation (pic. 5)
Connect air supply (max. 7 bar) to the fitting on the
side of the cabinet.
Check if there are any leaks for air. If any, repairing
or adding Teflon tape is needed.
Plug the 12V power supply into an 230V wall outlet.
Ensure the switch is in the OFF position; plug the
other end of 12V power supply cord into the light
switch on the cabinet.
Check if the light works.
Add a plastic window protector to the inside surface
of the glass door
Eye protection need to be done before load no
more than 33 liters in to the cabinet. Excessiveness
will cause the ineffective performance.
Close and latch door.
Protect your hands in gloves, aim blast gun at
surface to be cleaned and pull trigger. If there is no
flow, please clear the tube by covering the gun
nozzle.
Move the blast stream continuously over the part in
an even and circular motion.
