Installation and Use

Components and Specifications

Prior to use, plan your system:

1. Ensure all PFAS equipment is selected and deemed compatible with Concrete Swivel Anchor by Competent
Person.

2. Make considerations for eliminating or minimizing all swing fall hazards.

3. Mounting hole must be AT LEAST 15” away from any obstruction that might prevent D-ring from swiveling
freely when PFAS is attached.

4. Ensure selected substrate is compatible with Concrete Swivel Anchor, and is free of any debris, rust,
cracking, deformation, and hazardous materials.

5. Concrete Swivel Anchor is rated for loading in any direction provided it is installed as prescribed. Suitable for
use in HLL applications.

Substrate requirements:

- DO NOT install onto wood, steel, hollow block, grout, or lightweight concrete.
- Concrete MUST be at least 3,000 psi.
- Concrete MUST be at least 6¼” thick.
