4. Assembly Instructions
Discharge Set
Universal Nozzle

Efficient Valve System
It allows the use of any spray tip,
which follows the standards of the
international ISO standards. Comes
with the Guarany adjustable conical
jet tip (Figure 2).
Assembly of the lever rod (Figure 6):

Remove the metal rod (A) from the packaging found inside the equipment box and remove the 2 clips and 1 washer (A) that are found
attached to the rod;

Attach the end of the rod that has the smaller fold into the orifice (B) of the lever, and place washer and clamp to hold the rod fixed;

Fit the other end of the rod into the head (C) of the pressure accumulator and insert the clamp to secure the set.
Attached to the inside of the chemical tank cap (Figure 4.A), has a volumetric
graduation up to 100 ml (Figure 4.B) for correct dosage of chemicals by the
operator.

Spherical stainless steel valves: higher chemical
resistance and higher operating efficiency.

Super Valve 7 and Super 3
Super 7: With fluor-elastomer ring and filter incorporated
in the gauntlet (Figure 3.A). It has two latches, one of
safety that prevents accidental spraying and another that
allows continuous spraying.

SUPER 3: Valve with fluoro-elastomer rings and filter
built into the hand-held control. Trigger locking, allows
for continuous spraying.
