Place the sandpaper along the guide rails under the
clamping rails. Fasten the clamping rails with the 10
fastening screws.
Position the GMG device on the start side of the
carrier plate that the strap extraction points to
-
wards the target side. Pull out the strap extraction
and hook the belt handle into the strap fixation.
Start the measuring run.
The GMG device pulls itself independently over the
sandpaper. The sandpaper can be used several times.
Replace it as required. Remove the GMG device to stow
the GMG backing plate. The sandpaper can remain on
the backing plate.
When using a new sandpaper, a slit is created in the
paper by the belt fixation. Secure the GMG carrier
plate by tightening the two locking screws.
