CAN / Power Supply
OUT MiniModul uses a combined connector for power supply and CAN. There are two connectors for
outgoing and incoming cables. This allows easy wiring with only one thin cable between several
OUT MiniModul devices. At the end of such a chain, a CAN termination resistor is plugged into the
"CAN" connector.
A variety of cables for power supply connection, attaching a CAN data logger and daisy-chaining be-
tween devices are available with different cable lengths. Refer to chapter 5 Cables for more informa-
tion.

Use genuine CSM cables for CAN connection only (see chapter 5).
The CAN connectors have identical pin-out. The signals (CAN bus, supply)
are directly connected between the two connectors.
