27.Install the corner handrail brackets (38) to the corners of the platform using 5/16 x 3/4 in. flange
bolts (3), 5/16 x 3/4 in. screws (4) and 5/16 in. flange nuts (10).
28.Install the middle handrail supports (26) to the side splice plate (21) and side support bracket
(20 and 22) on both sides of the platform using 5/16 x 3/4 in. flange bolts (3), 5/16 x 1 in. flange
bolts (5) and 5/16 in. flange nuts (10).
29.Install the middle handrail brackets (27) to the side supports (20) on both sides of the platform using
5/16 x 3/4 in. flange bolts (3) and 5/16 in. flange nuts (10).
30.Install the handrail supports (39) to the hitch support brackets (25) using 5/16 x 3/4 in. flange
bolts (3) and 5/16 in. flange nuts (10).
