Operating the Hood:
•
Hood is equipped with a motor
having various speed settings.
• For a better performance, we ad-
vise you to use low speeds in nor-
mal conditions, and high speeds
when smell and vapors are inten-
sified.
Installing your appliance
Cleaning and maintenance

You can operate the hood by
pressing desired speed level but-
ton.
•
You can illuminate the cooking
area by pressing the light key. (A)
Prior to cleaning and maintenance,
unplug the appliance or turn the
main switch off or loosen the fuse
that supplies the hood.
Cleaning
Hood should be cleaned regularly
(at least with the same frequency
with which you carry out mainte-
nance of the grease filters) inter-
nally and externally.
Clean the hood using a warm damp
cloth and a neutral liquid detergent.
Do not use abrasive products. DO
NOT USE ALCOHOL!
WARNING !
Failure to carry out the basic clean-
ing instructions of the hood and re-
placement of the filters may cause
fire.
For this reason, we recommend you
to follow mentioned instructions.

sponsible for engine and fire dam-
age caused by inappropriate main-
tenance or disobedience of above
mentioned safety recommenda-
tions.
Peripheral suction panel
Maintenance of panel Remov-
ing:
•
Slide the panel upwards, for a dis-
tance of 2 cm;
• Pull the panel to yourself.
Cleaning:
Suction panel should be cleaned in
the same interval of the grease fil-
ters.
Clean a damp cloth and a neutral
liquid detergent.
Avoid using abrasive products. DO
NOT CLEAN WITH ALCOHOL!
