Connecting the mains adapter

You can operate the DVD player using the mains adapter supplied
or with the rechargeable battery supplied.
If the DVD player is supplied with a voltage from the mains when
switched on, the rechargeable battery remains automatically
switched off.

Note:

Before connecting or disconnecting the mains adapter, switch
off the DVD player.
Only use the mains adapter supplied. Using another mains
adapter can cause the device to malfunction and may also
result in damage to the unit.
If you do not require the mains adapter, pull out the plug from
the socket.

1

Insert the plug of the mains adapter cable into the »

« socket on the DVD player.

2

Insert the mains adapter plug into the socket.

Note:

The only way to completely disconnect the device from the
mains supply is to pull out the plug.

Inserting the battery in the remote control

1

Pull out the battery holder.

2

When inserting the battery (3 V, lithium) ensure that the positive
pole (+) points upwards.

3

Push the battery holder back into the remote control, until it
latches into place.

Note:

If the DVD player no longer reacts properly to remote control
commands, the battery may be flat. Ensure that the used battery
is removed. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage
resulting from leaking batteries.
